AetherPal is led by a management team of telecommunication and software executives who have decades of experience garnered through roles at Fortune 100, HP, Verizon and successful early stage companies.

In combining experience with a deep understanding of technology and challenges faced by the marketplace for technical support of wireless devices, has translated into developing better remote management solutions delivering a greater value to the end customer.

The management team consists of:

Ron Parmar is the CEO and Chairman of w2bi, a leading mobile software solutions provider. He founded w2bi in 1997 with the vision of enriching the mobile user experience through innovative software solutions. Head-quartered in the US, with presence in Asia and Europe, w2bi delivers end-to-end software solutions for mobile devices ranging from value added applications, device management and certification meeting the needs of over 20 leading network operators and device manufacturers globally.

Prior to founding w2bi, Ron developed large scale trading applications for financial firms such as Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Chase for over 10 years. Ron built modular trading systems for equity, currency and fixed income products and played a leading role in defining and implementing industry standards for traditional and synthetic currency products.

Ron holds a MS in Computer Science. He is an avid practitioner and teacher of yoga and color meditation.

Jon Herttua brings 25 years of executive management experience in the technology field.  Most recently he was VP of Global Sales for Bitfone and part of the executive management team that successfully negotiated a sale for the company to Hewlett Packard. After the acquisition, he was director of global software sales for HP. 

Prior to HP, has been VP of Sales for Packet Video where his team successfully launched the first commercial streaming video solutions for mobile operators.As VP of sales for Mformation Technologies, he worked with mobile operators and handset manufactures to adopt standards to enable ubiquitous mobile device management solutions for all devices and networks.  At Exodus Communications he grew revenues 40% quarter over quarter for 17 straight quarters leading to a successful IPO.  He has also held Regional VP positions at Motorola.

Rasendra has earned executive level experience in the field of Banking, Accounting,Finance, Budget and Regulatory while working for 12+ years with Verizon and 10+ years with The Bank of New York. At w2bi Ras oversees US and India Operations, Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR, and Business Development related activities. He is instrumental in policy formulating, decision making and sales strategy development with the President of the company. He manages day to day concerns/issues while mentoring and coaching employees when needed.

Ras has bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Law and has done course works in Business Finance and Business Law from Farleigh Dickinson University, NJ and MIS from Columbia University, NY.

Deepak Gonsalves joined w2bi in 2004 as a lead software developer. Deepak has been a pioneer in developing AetherPal solution since 2007 and is responsible for leading a development team in US and India. Deepak has overall 9 years experience in Design and Development of software solutions. Deepak has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and MS in computer science.
